Helen Siwak: EIC & Publisher’s Message

Entrepreneurs are the heart of our communities and the engines of innovation in our economies. They are  the dreamers and doers who create businesses, spark ideas, and make things happen. This issue is all about celebrating that spirit, showcasing ten incredible individuals who are pushing boundaries and shaping the future. Their stories are filled with inspiration, and we cannot wait for you to meet them.

Let us start with Anthony Green, a tech wizard from Vancouver. Anthony’s journey began in Richmond, tinkering with computers and exploring software.  Today, as the co-founder of OpenRep,  he is making waves in cybersecurity  and AI-driven marketing. Similarly,  Jenna Herbut’s story shines with  creativity and passion. As the founder of Conscious Lab and Make It, she has spent over 16 years helping others bring extraordinary ideas to life.

For those who love beautifully orchestrated events, look no further than Kavita Mohan and Pri (@iamdjpri). Kavita, with her 25 years of experience, is a mastermind of bespoke weddings and events that leave lasting impressions. Meanwhile, Pri’s expertise as an event producer and filmmaker ensures every detail is seamless, from lighting to logistics. Both are proof that magic happens when creativity meets precision.

Education and empowerment take center stage with Frankie Cena and Kasia. Frankie founded the Fostering Debate Academy (FDT Academy), an institution that has helped thousands of students worldwide build confidence and communication skills.

On the other hand, Kasia, a multifaceted entrepreneur behind Bloom, Kasi Bamboo, Mystic Meditations, KASIA, and ZHI Records, blends spirituality, music, and academics to make the world a better place. Her work is all about lifting others up and making meaningful impacts.

In the world of branding and storytelling, Sarah Mawji and Leeann Froese are setting the standard. Sarah, the CEO of Venture Strategies PR, is a powerhouse in media and public relations, ensuring her clients’ voices are heard loud and clear. Leeann, co-founder of Town Hall Brands, leads a boutique agency that creates unforgettable campaigns and connections for her clients. Together, they show us how powerful storytelling can be.

For lovers of timeless craftsmanship and creative entertainment, meet Zahir Rajani and Andy Chu. Zahir, the force behind The Sartorial Shop, has brought new life to luxury bespoke clothing, continuing a legacy of elegance and precision. Andy, the visionary behind Arc2 Intertainment and FMA Entertainment, delivers exceptional content across television, film, and live events, proving that innovation and artistry go hand in hand.
