IN HER WORDS.
“I first became aware of my entrepreneurial drive during early motherhood, when I was searching for work that felt meaningful while still allowing flexibility as I raised young children. The defining moment came as I noticed capable, ambitious parents quietly putting their goals on hold for their families. Supporting mothers in finding remote work, and watching their confidence and optimism return, shifted everything for me. Motherhood reshaped my ambition into something deeper: building opportunity, stability, and possibility for parents and entrepreneurs seeking balance and purpose.
EARLY INSTINCTS
In hindsight, leadership and initiative appeared early in my life. As a teenager, I started a dog-sitting business, learning firsthand how to recognize needs and create practical solutions. Even earlier, in grade eight, I persuaded classmates to collaborate on a project I was struggling with, earning a B and my teacher’s recognition for bringing people together. That experience introduced me to the value of teamwork, adaptability, and leveraging individual strengths.

AUTHENTIC MOMENTS
One Creative Dynamics experience continues to define entrepreneurship as a parent. During a client call, my toddler unexpectedly appeared, clutching a half-eaten granola bar and demanding attention. After an initial moment of panic, I chose to laugh and include the client in the reality of the moment. They responded with laughter and their own work-from-home parenting story. That shared exchange created trust far more effectively than any rehearsed presentation. It reinforced that professionalism is rooted in authenticity, not perfection, and clarified that my ideal clients value honesty, flexibility, and genuine connection.
EVOLVING PATH
My entrepreneurial path has unfolded in unexpected ways. What began as a side project supporting mothers working remotely has grown into Creative Dynamics, now serving entrepreneurs throughout Canada and the United States. In the early stages, I carried every role and faced burnout, self-doubt, guilt, and impostor syndrome. The shift came when I recognized that growth did not require doing everything alone. Building a team and embracing collaboration allowed the business to expand with intention. Creative Dynamics launched in 2018, and the loss of my stepfather in 2019 reinforced that waiting was not an option. I chose to fully commit to building a purpose-led business.
RESILIENT SACRIFICE
Creating Creative Dynamics required stepping away from the predictability of a traditional career while running a business alongside my children. My days often felt mentally overloaded, filled with competing priorities. I gave up late nights out, social commitments, and personal time, while navigating uncertainty and self-doubt. With no nanny and only part-time daycare, clarity came through prioritization. My children, values, and long-term vision guided every decision. These sacrifices strengthened my resilience, deepened empathy, and shaped how I lead, emphasizing boundaries, systems, and compassion.

ALIGNMENT SIGNS
My most meaningful breakthroughs came through consistent alignment rather than singular events. I invested in my team, refined service offerings, and focused on personal development through coaching. One moment that stayed with me was a client sharing that our work positively affected both their business and family life. On a particularly challenging day, I quietly told myself that if the car ahead of me at Tim Hortons did not cover my coffee, I would reconsider everything. They did. That small act felt like reassurance, reminding me that encouragement often appears when we remain open to it.
SHARED STRENGTH
One of my most impactful mentorship experiences came during a demanding client project when I felt completely stalled. A trusted associate offered not only expertise, but a safe, judgment-free environment to work through the challenge. That support reinforced the truth that meaningful work is never built in isolation.
Equally grounding is my husband, my steady support system, along with my team, including Adriana Fierastrau of Ontario Assistant. Together, we celebrate progress, work through challenges, and maintain momentum. These relationships continue to demonstrate that growth is rooted in collaboration and community.
PEOPLE FIRST
From the beginning, I approached Creative Dynamics differently by prioritizing team-building before expansion. My vision was a sustainable, values-led business supported by the right people from the outset. Early investments in systems, workflows, and clear communication established a strong foundation. Focusing on culture and shared values allowed growth to occur without sacrificing integrity or care.
FUTURE FOCUSED
As I look toward 2026, I am committed to challenging outdated business norms, particularly for parents, women, and neurodivergent leaders. Hustle culture and burnout-driven success models no longer reflect how meaningful businesses should operate.
My mission is to support service-based entrepreneurs who are ready to move beyond constant busyness and into thoughtful, ongoing partnerships through retainer-based OBM and marketing support, strategic leadership, and trusted teams that grow alongside them.
In the year ahead, I am focused on welcoming three to five new retainer clients seeking sustainable growth without burnout, while continuing to build people-first business models. I am also actively seeking aligned strategic partners and sponsors who share a commitment to trauma-informed, parent-supportive practices, allowing for broader impact.
Through Breaking Norms, Building Dreams, and its global audience exceeding 200,000 listeners, I continue to create space for voices that challenge outdated definitions of success and inspire meaningful change.
If you are a business owner, collaborator, or thought leader ready to reimagine what success can look like, I welcome you into this next chapter.”
